The feature cocktails, Lover’s Knot and Tomorrow Can Wait, are both topped with Champagne, perfect for toasting to the occasion. Lover’s Knot is made with elderflower, aromatized wine, bergamot, Moet & Chandon Brut and garnished with a dried rose and Tomorrow Can Wait is a combination of Spanish brandy, kola nut, baking spices, lemon and Moet & Chandon Brut.

The award-winning bar team at The Lobby Lounge have shaken things up with the Kissed by the Rosé cocktail. A twist on a classic gin fizz, the cocktail is made with Dorothy Parker gin, lemon, egg white, rose water, Veuve Cliquot Brut Rosé and garnished with raspberries. Taste something different with the Fashion Takes Flight trio of cocktails, inspired by the vintage couture dresses currently on display in the lobby.
