Join us on Wednesday, October 9, for an exclusive six course wine dinner at Botanist in collaboration with Le Vieux Pin of Oliver, BC, and LaStella Winery of Osoyoos, BC. The evening will be led by their Managing Partner Severine Pinte, an acclaimed Winemaker and Viticulturist with over 14 harvests of international winemaking experience. Severine’s profound understanding of terroir and her commitment to crafting world-class wines will be showcased through a carefully curated selection, guiding you on a journey through the unique flavours of the Okanagan.

Complementing these wines, Botanist Executive Chef Hector Laguna will present a menu inspired by the bountiful autumnal produce of our region, with the highest quality ingredients sourced from Local Harvest farm. You will savour dishes of uni, venison, striped seabass and Iberico pork, each artfully paired to enhance the nuances of the wines.

This dinner promises an unforgettable exploration of the Okanagan’s terroir, brought to life through the combined expertise of Severine and Chef Hector.
