The Stress Relief Massage uses medium-to-firm pressure to reduce tension and pain in targeted areas. Muscle work is combined with stretching and circulation-enhancing strokes to help move lactic acid out of the system. This treatment can be personalized to focus on areas of your body that are in need of attention.
