Even 50 years on, the XKE is still regarded by many car enthusiasts as the most beautiful production car ever made.

The red XKE, is on display at the entrance to Fairmont Pacific Rim occasionally, whenever the owner is not enjoying it on the road. A similar 1970 Jaguar E-type Roadstar is part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
