The rankings are determined by the North America’s 50 Best Bars Academy, a panel of over 300 drinks experts, including bartenders, bar owners, drinks media, and seasoned cocktail connoisseurs from Canada, the USA, Mexico and the Caribbean. Vancouver played host to three unforgettable days of mixology, innovation and world-class hospitality, making history this year by bringing the prestigious celebrations to Canada for the very first time.
At the heart of this achievement is Botanist Bar’s bold and imaginative spirit. Drawing inspiration from the Pacific Northwest’s rich biodiversity, the team crafts cocktails through a culinary-forward lens, blending the worlds of science and nature into creations that are as sophisticated as they are inventive.
