Botanist Bar and The Lobby Lounge at Fairmont Pacific Rim named to Canada’s 50Best Bar List

We are thrilled to share the news that Canada’s 50BestBars has unveiled its annual rankings, awarding Botanist Bar No.2 and The Lobby Lounge and RawBar No.24 Bar in Canada. Canada’s100Best also recognized Botanist Restaurant No.61 in the coveted Canada’s100Best Restaurants list.

Canada’s 50Best recognized Botanist Bar for its “talent, innovation and precision that turns every drink into a virtuoso performance,” while The Lobby Lounge and RawBar was named for its “South Beach meets Coal Harbour with Japanese-influenced cocktails paired with platters from the sushi bar.”

The Lobby Lounge & RawBar is Vancouver’s destination for handcrafted cocktails, exquisite seafood and sushi, combining the best of glamour and comfort in a modern setting, led by Creative Beverage Director Grant Sceney, and Executive Chef Damon Campbell.
