Easter Weekend in Botanist

This Easter weekend, Botanist Executive Chef Hector Laguna and his culinary team have put together a three-course brunch menu, available exclusively on April 3 and April 4 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.

March 9th, 2021

Start with your choice of freshly baked viennoiserie, smashed avocado toast, hand-cut beef tartare, creamy polenta and more. Choose your main dish from morning-time favourites such as slow roasted leg of lamb carvery, nova scotia lobster risotto, crab and avocado benedict, brioche french toast and more. Finish on a sweet note with choice of rhubarb strawberry almond cake, chocolate raspberry bombe, and buttermilk panna cotta. The three-course menu is accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and house-made cocktail to pair perfectly with your meal.

Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made via Opentable here.
