On Wednesday, April 22, under the culinary direction of newly appointed executive chef Damon Campbell, Fairmont Pacific Rim will bring a unique menu of take-home meal experiences filled with all the ingredients and instructions to test culinary chops at home by re-creating signature dishes from the award-winning collection of restaurants and bars at Fairmont Pacific Rim; giovane café + eatery, Botanist and The Lobby Lounge and RawBar. All meal experiences are available for pick-up through Ritual or delivery through DoorDash.
The chefs and bartenders have been hard at work developing how-to’s for creating classics and fan favourites in the comfort of home kitchens, while also expanding on new recipe creations that will allow guests to be the first to test – and taste – the latest developments at home. Each experience will be accompanied by recipe instructions to create gourmet restaurant-style dining and drinking experiences at home.
The first of the series is from giovane café + eatery, bringing a taste of Italy home with Chef Damon’s newly introduced pizza recipe, signature breakfast items, pastas, and a menu of take-and-bake giovane cookies and scones. The menu of experiences will change often with new additions added regularly from the restaurants and bars at Fairmont Pacific Rim, including Mother’s Day meals.

Pick-Up & Delivery
Orders can be picked up or delivered seven days a week, 11am-8pm at giovane cafe + eatery + market at 1038 Canada Place
giovane café + eatery will continue its feed it forward menu available through contactless delivery and take-out, with each dish purchased, one will be donated to health care workers on the front line, with the option to purchase a meal for a healthcare worker, for $5.00 CAD. To date, Fairmont Pacific Rim has donated over 600 healthy and nutritious lunches to VGH, St. Paul’s, and Mount St. Joseph Hospitals.
