“It’s extremely exciting to be welcoming guests back to the bar” comments Head Bartender Jeff Savage. “Our bar team has taken the time to reflect on our industry, and we’ve all come to an understanding about just how vital it is to our community to give our bar space for moments of celebration, connection, and the simplicity of enjoying the experience. Many of our regulars have become close friends and people we all care about deeply – I can hardly explains how much it means to us to be able to make them a drink again. We are thrilled for the opportunity to continue to create the magic we’ve become known for, and I can’t wait to see you all saddled up to the bar soon!”

Botanist Bar classics like the Botanist’s Martini, blending local coastal gin, house vermouth, seaborne tincture, with an oyster leaf and vegan caviar to garnish, and new additions like the ¡Qué Padre!, an ode to the favourite spirits of the Bar team, mixing Tequila, Aperol, Spanish Vermouth, and citrus for a twist of the spritz can be found on the cocktail menu. Full menu available here.
