Canada’s 100 Best is made up of a panel of informed culinary enthusiasts, food writers and critics, chefs, restaurateurs, and other food-service professionals. The judges were tasked with voting for restaurants based on the overall dining experience, including service, decor, the quality and variety of the wine selection, and, most importantly, the quality of the food. It was mandatory for the judges to visit and vote for a minimum of three restaurants outside of their home region.
