Botanist is delighted to unveil a new bar menu, created by our Creative Beverage Director Grant Sceney, reviving our famed experiential cocktail series. ‘Raincouver’ is our latest creation paying homage to Vancouver’s unique beauty, complete with an edible cloud that magically floats above the cocktail.
Executive Chef Hector has meticulously crafted a culinary journey, featuring an array of new dishes such as the Braised Lamb Shank, and Black Pepper Crusted Salmon, that highlight the uniqueness of the region in both our lunch and dinner offerings.
