Executive Chef Hector Laguna and his team are preparing a three-course brunch experience which includes a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, a hand-crafted cocktail from Botanist Bar, and a selection of three plates from the Morning Stretch, Main Event and Sweet Ending menu. Dishes to choose from include our ever-famous Lobster Benedict, Fermented Chili Torched Salmon, Oven Roasted Prime Rib, Braised Short Rib, and so much more.
