Andrew Whibley is the Founder of The Cloakroom Bar, which is currently ranked No.35 on the North America’s 50 Best list. He will host a 90 minute seminar that will focus on innovative cocktail creation through a structured approach and a deep understanding of drink composition. Whibley’s philosophy on blending creativity with a methodical understanding of cocktail making will be shared during the workshop.

After the seminar, Whibley will pop-up from 5:00 pm onwards at the Botanist Bar to serve a custom signature cocktail from the beloved Montreal bar. This guest shift is available for walk-ins only.
