FAIRMONT PACIFIC RIM CELEBRATES THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON FOR LUNAR NEW YEAR 2024

Come celebrate Lunar New Year with us with an exclusive Dim Sum menu, courtesy of the renowned Chinese fine dining restaurant, Mott 32, available in the hotel’s The Lobby Lounge & RawBar from January 25 until February 25, 2024.

Mott 32, the award-winning international restaurant has designed a specially crafted Lunar New Year Dim Sum menu that inspires the senses. Guests can indulge in a delicious selection of steamed and baked dim sum, showcasing the finest ingredients and expert culinary techniques. The menu features an exquisite selection of traditional and signature dim sum creations, including dumplings, delicate steamed buns, and crispy spring rolls that pay homage to the rich culinary traditions of Chinese cuisine. The pièce de résistance dish is the Signature Applewood Peking Duck, expertly prepared to perfection, served with crêpes, hoisin and cucumber. Guests can also enjoy a Lunar New Year-inspired cocktail menu which also features a selection of expertly crafted spirit-free libations.

Celebrating the Year of the Dragon, a symbol of power, honor, luck and success, Fairmont Pacific Rim and Oakridge Park will transform the hotel into a dazzling exhibition with themed décor spanning from the lobby to The Pacific Gallery on the second floor landing. The gallery will also feature a self-serve Lunar New Year portrait studio, creating an ambiance that resonates with the festive energy of the New Year, and a photographer that will be in-house for complimentary appointments every Friday to Sunday throughout the festival. Additional family-focused programming will also be available daily in the Oakridge Park Gallery, located in Rogers Tower, directly across from the hotel’s main entrance.
