Botanist has released a limited-time concept that will deliver a delectable weekday brunch for the remainder of the summer. Available Monday to Friday, expect a stylish experience with elevated offerings, refreshing cocktails, beer, wine and champagne. 

The weekday à la carte menu features savory new dishes such as Pan Seared Sablefish, a Beef Burger and Fermented Torched Salmon, in addition to Chef Hector’s signature brunch items which include the Butter Poached Lobster Benedict and Steak & Eggs. Perfect for a meeting over lunch, an afternoon at leisure with friends or the excuse you’ve been looking for to tag-on a mid-week hotel staycation, this pop-up weekday brunch experience is only available until October 31. Visit us on weekdays, between 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.
