Botanist has released a limited-time concept that will deliver a delectable weekday brunch for the remainder of the summer. Available Monday to Friday, expect a stylish experience with elevated offerings, refreshing cocktails, beer, wine and champagne.
The weekday à la carte menu features savory new dishes such as Pan Seared Sablefish, a Beef Burger and Fermented Torched Salmon, in addition to Chef Hector’s signature brunch items which include the Butter Poached Lobster Benedict and Steak & Eggs.
