Japanese-American cocktail bar, Katana Kitten, will be stopping in at Fairmont Pacific Rim from April 20 to April 22 for a collaboration in Botanist and The Lobby Lounge & RawBar. Named to the World’s 50 Best Bars, New York’s Katana Kitten offers an electric line-up of cocktails, handcrafted by bartender/owner Masahiro Urushido, with a menu of izakaya fare and traditional American bar food.
Katana Kitten’s owner Masahiro Urushido will team up with Botanist Executive Chef, Hector Laguna, and Canada’s 100 Best Bartender of the Year 2020, Jeff Savage, to present a unique collaboration through a multicourse dinner paired with exquisite libations from the talented beverage creators. From start to finish, Masahiro and Jeff will lead guests on a cocktail-driven journey through four inspired cocktails and paired courses.
Reservations are required for the Botanist dinner collaboration on Wednesday, April 20, and can be made through OpenTable here. There are two seating times available, a West Coast seating at 5:30pm and a New York seating at 9:00pm for $180.00 per person.
