MAKING SPIRITS BRIGHT AT BOTANIST BAR
Our Botanist tastemakers are making spirits bright with a winter-inspired list of craft cocktails at Botanist Bar. From the Bananarama Backflip, a brandy-based cocktail with banana, maple and cinnamon, to the Gingerbread Old Fashioned with bourbon, gingerbread mix, bitters and orange. There will also be a selection of libations that showcase a twist on the holiday classics including our Hot Buttered Rum, Mulled Cider, West Coast Mulled Wine with Christmas spices, and Spiked Eggnog. Try one – or even two, we won’t tell Santa.

Botanist’s prix fixe three-course brunch menu includes a welcome glass of sparkling on arrival and a festive brunch cocktail to enjoy while live music fills the room. Enjoy a selection of dishes including Slow Roasted Turkey, Prime Beef Rib Eye, Slow Roasted Pork Ham, Fermented Chili Torched Salmon, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Chickpea Panisse, and favourites such as Crab & Avocado and Lobster Egg Benedicts.
