This Easter weekend, join Botanist’s Executive Chef Hector Laguna and his culinary team for a themed Easter brunch. With a menu featuring all of your favourites including the lobster benedict, pork belly poutine, and your choice of prime rib, roast ham, or lamb leg carvery, there’s something for everyone.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of sparkling. Once seated, choose a hand crafted cocktail from our creative menu. Handpick your three courses from our Morning Stretch, Main Event, and Sweet Ending.
