We’re finally starting to feel spring in the air, and Botanist’s Executive Chef Hector Laguna has matched our energy by creating a brand new Brunch menu. With the option of two or three courses, enjoy a cocktail and select your courses from our Morning Stretch, Main Event, and Sweet Endings.
With new additions to the menu, satisfy your sweet tooth with our Brioche French Toast, featuring buffalo ricotta crumb, crème angles, and berry compote. If you’re looking for something more savoury, try our Fermented Chili Torched Salmon, featuring mojo de ajo, petit potatoes, and cilantro. Or, if you’re simply looking to indulge, look no further than our Butter Poached Lobster Benedict, featuring poached eggs, tarragon, and béarnaise sauce.
Find your perfect cocktail compliment, with classics such as our House Caesar, or something a little different, like our Velvet Morning, featuring Anejo tequila, chilled espresso, sherry, cream, spices, and cocoa – An entrancing swirl of caffeine, spice and cocoa wrapped around an agave heart – perfect to set your day straight.
