We are thrilled to announce our first bar collaboration of the year with Bar Swift, London’s award-winning group of cocktail bars renowned for their thoughtful menus and refined, elegant drinks.
Join us on March 3, as we kick-off Vancouver Cocktail Week with a five-course cocktail-paired Brunch experience by Bar Swift and the Botanist Bar team. In the evening of March 5, step into Botanist Bar and witness Bar Swift’s ‘cracked ice’ technique. On March 6, Botanist Executive Chef Hector Laguna has created a sensory six-course plated dinner, with cocktail pairings by Creative Beverage Director Grant Sceney and the Bar Swift team.
The original Bar Swift location in Soho, UK was awarded the number 30 spot in the 2022 awards for World’s 50 Best Bars list and number five for UK Best 50 Bars in 2023. Inspired by the European class of bar, where a quick drink signals the end of the day and the beginning of the night, the original Swift Soho consists of two stylish bars, set across two floors in the heart of London’s West End. Swift Shoreditch launched in July 2020, bringing the art-deco aesthetic and award-winning hospitality of the original bar to East London. In Autumn 2022, the team opened their third site, Swift Borough.
