Something exciting is happening this March 14 and 15. Vancouver’s Botanist Bar, ranked no. 2 by Canada’s 50 Best Bars, and awarded the Michelin Exceptional Cocktail Award, led by Creative Beverage Director Grant Sceney and Head Bartender Jeff Savage will visit New York’s highly-decorated Overstory cocktail bar for a return pop-up collaboration. The Overstory team, alongside Sceney and Savage will develop an exclusive menu which will consist of six cocktails, three concocted by each bar.
Overstory, ranked no.37 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list features a 24-seat cocktail bar, perched on the 64th floor of Art Deco masterpiece on 70 Pine Street in New York’s Financial District with unparalleled skyline views; it’s characterized by a sunken bar, pale pink velvet banquettes, silk wall treatments, and a ceiling lights modeled on a vintage theater marquee.
In August 2022, Fairmont Pacific Rim welcomed SAGA, led by acclaimed culinarian James Kent alongside its counterpart bar Overstory, led by Bar Director Harrison Ginsberg for an immersive three-night culinary and cocktail collaboration in Botanist and The Lobby Lounge.
