Botanist Bar is making its way to Singapore.

On October 15, 2023, from 12 pm to 3 pm, Manhattan and Botanist Bar – both preceding recipients of the Michter’s Art of Hospitality Award as part of Asia’s 50 Best Bars and North America’s 50 Best Bars, respectively – will present a special edition of Manhattan’s famous Sunday Cocktail Brunch as part of the 50 Best Signature Sessions by The World’s 50 Best Bars.

The Dark Spirits Brunch embodies the vibrant brunch culture of New York City. It offers a luxurious buffet and a carefully curated selection of free-flowing cocktails in partnership with Matusalem, Torres, Remy Martin and Perrier. Botanist Bar, distinguished for its fusion of science and nature, will craft a cocktail selection curated by Creative Beverage Director, Grant Sceney, known for his innovative mixology. The Manhattan team will create custom Bloody Marys, boozy milkshakes, and highballs at their iconic cocktail trolleys. The culinary offerings include a gourmet delicatessen counter, freshly shucked oysters, succulent seafood, and a variety of desserts.
