Michael Clark from Clos Du Soleil Winery Joins Botanist for an Exclusive Wine-Paired Dinner

Botanist is pleased to welcome winemaker Michael Clark of Clos Du Soleil Winery on Thursday, April 4th for a specially curated six-course dinner. Chef Hector Laguna will be showcasing the finest Pacific Northwest ingredients, expertly paired with wines from Clos du Soleil.

Clos du Soleil is a small, artisanal winery located on the Upper Bench of the South Similkameen Valley in British Columbia. Their wines are a celebration of the art and science of winemaking, with each bottle representing years of research, experimentation, and passion. The estate’s dedication to producing wines that are both ageable and elegant has earned it a reputation as one of the finest wineries in the region.

The highlight of the winemaker evening will be the presence of Michael Clark, the esteemed winemaker of Clos Du Soleil Winery, along with Executive Chef Hector Laguna’s dinner dishes showcasing the best of Pacific Northwest ingredients.
