Botanist is pleased to welcome winemaker Michael Clark of Clos Du Soleil Winery on Thursday, April 4th for a specially curated six-course dinner. Chef Hector Laguna will be showcasing the finest Pacific Northwest ingredients, expertly paired with wines from Clos du Soleil.

Clos du Soleil is a small, artisanal winery located on the Upper Bench of the South Similkameen Valley in British Columbia. Their wines are a celebration of the art and science of winemaking, with each bottle representing years of research, experimentation, and passion.
