On May 15, Botanist will feature host a collaboration with the world-renowned cocktail bar, The Clumsies from Athens, which is currently ranked 47th on the World’s 50 Best Bars list. On this special evening, Executive Chef Hector Laguna and Creative Beverage Director, Grant Sceney will welcome The Clumsies team to serve a six-course tasting menu infused with Mediterranean flavours. The menu will be paired with a selection of three feature cocktails created by The Clumsies’ Bar Manager, Nick Sourmpatis, and bartender, Georgopoulos Lefteris, as well as three unique cocktails from Botanist’s own Grant Sceney.
