Our goal is to foster collaborations that can nurture the botanical richness of the Pacific Northwest to a global audience, while also providing opportunities for us to discover and appreciate a rich array of international flavors.

Join us at Botanist on Wednesday, May 15 as Executive Chef Hector Laguna and Creative Beverage Director, Grant Sceney welcome Athens world-renowned cocktail bar The Clumsies, ranked 47th on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, for a six-course tasting menu and cocktail experience.

On Thursday, May 16, The Clumsies will have a pop-up at Botanist Bar for a collaborative cocktail experience, inspired by Mediterranean flavours, with Botanist’s own Grant Sceney.
