botanist collaborations

From Michelin-recognized establishments to internationally acclaimed bars, Botanist is a gathering place for all.

We have taken guests on a daring journey through the streets of New York with Overstory and Katana Kitten, hustled through the bustle of Mexico City through Hanky Panky, ventured through hilly terrain with Lazy Bear and True Laurel Bar, and countless more culinary and bar adventures.

Our goal is to foster collaborations that can nurture the botanical richness of the Pacific Northwest to a global audience, while also providing opportunities for us to discover and appreciate a rich array of international flavors.

Welcome to Botanist, a place where botany reconnects itself with the world.
