It has been just over a month since Masayoshi Baba started as Fairmont Pacific Rim’s official RawBar consultant—offering his expertise to our chefs with innovative ways to elevate our nigiri and omakase experience.
As of August 15, an intimate dining experience, for both lunch and dinner, will be available at the RawBar inside The Lobby Lounge. Seatings will be available Monday – Friday for an omakase sushi experience, right in front of the action at the sushi bar. With limited seating, each visit will be personalized as you get to spend time with one of our talented sushi chefs—asking questions, tasting different kinds of fish, and watching first-hand the processes that go into each and every bite. Under the precise and intentional guidance that Masa offers, indulge in this one of a kind experience.
Lunch is available for $95.00 CAD per person, and dinner is available for $125.00 CAD per person—with the addition of a bottle of sake to cleanse your palette during your meal. You can reserve your seats on OpenTable and start dining as soon as August 22. This experience only allows for six seats per reservation time slot, so ensure you are planning ahead especially if you plan on dining with a group.
