‘Vancouver’s Botanist Restaurant Updates the Power Lunch’

We are thrilled to share that Botanist was recently featured in Dwell Magazine, an inspiration and collaborative platform for architects, designers, and enthusiasts to share and discover inspiring design. The article, written by Alison Sinkewicz, highlights Botanist’s identity, focusing on the interior design and materials used to create the many spaces that make up the restaurant.

The spaces are tethered together with the with a dutiful application of these materials, curvy geometrics, and soft light courtesy of gauzy window treatments. Botanist’s primary vegetal theme explodes in the Garden conservatory, where diners can dish on sumptuous Wagyu Zabuton steak surrounded by flora.
