Botanist Bar VIP Cocktail Experience

Botanist Bar reimagines the world of cocktails with its dinner and a show private tasting.

Let Executive Chef, Hector Laguna and 2020 Canada’s 100 Best Bartender, Jeff Savage present a unique multicourse dinner paired with exquisite libations from Botanist Bar’s Cocktail Lab. From start to finish, Jeff leads guests on a cocktail-driven journey through six inspired paired courses. To add intrigue to the magical evening, food and drinks are only unveiled at the table.

Akin to a speakeasy’s private VIP tasting room, this one-of-a-kind dining experience is only available for up to four guests per seating. Reservations are highly recommended due to the popularity of this limited offering and can be made via Tock. The cocktail tasting is $210.00 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuities.
