Located in the lobby of Fairmont Pacific Rim, Linh Noodle Bar brings the soulful flavours of Vietnam to Vancouver’s living room. Rooted in the traditions of Vietnamese home-style cooking, the menu pairs fresh, locally sourced ingredients with time-honoured flavours and modern craftsmanship. Northern Vietnamese-style pho takes centre stage, alongside comforting noodle dishes, cocktails and small plates designed for sharing.

The space brings together Vietnamese heritage and French influence through rich colours and warm woods. The result is a celebration of Vietnamese food, art and culture, thoughtfully reimagined for the Fairmont Pacific Rim experience.
