Small Group Personal Training

This small group training session offers a more personalized, one-on-one style experience with one of our HOUSE trainers. Hosted in The Lab within the Wellness Club on the hotel’s 5th floor, the class focuses on refining technique, improving strength, and delivering an effective, high-energy workout using elite, state-of-the-art equipment.

Designed for those seeking focused guidance in a small group setting, each session allows guests to perfect their form while enjoying a motivating and results-driven training environment. The Wellness Club x House Concepts Lab classes are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday for in-house hotel guests at 7:15 AM. Prepare to elevate both body and mind in The Lab.
