The space is where performance meets calm, sweat meets stillness, and the city’s wellness culture finds a new home.
Hotel guests can enjoy daily workout classes in The Lab, private training with House Concepts instructors, on-demand reformer Pilates, and restorative experiences in the Contrast Studio—including heat and cold therapy and red-light treatment—designed to support strength, recovery, and renewal.
