The annual Canada’s 100 Best dinner series arrives in Vancouver on July 10th at Botanist to deliver a celebratory evening showcasing the imagination and finesse of some of Canada’s premier chefs, great seasonal Canadian ingredients sourced from coast to coast and exceptional vintages from the private cellar of BC’s legendary Phantom Creek Estates.

Host Chef Hector Laguna of Canada’s 100 Best top-50 mainstays Botanist will be welcoming both chef Mike Robbins from Vancouver’s exceptional, top-10-ranked and Michelin-starred AnnaLena, as well as Massimo Piedimonte from Montreal’s celebrated Cabaret l’Enfer. These three chefs will share the spotlight with notable up-and-coming talent Jayden Kresnyak – Botanist’s Chef de Cuisine.

Each of them will prepare hors d’oeuvres and canapés for a pre-dinner reception with champagne from Moët et Chandon, and cocktails prepared by the team from Botanist Bar and award-winning guest bartender Shawn Soole from Laowai. To follow, each of the four chefs will prepare one course over an epic five-course meal concluding with dessert from Botanist’s sensational pastry chef Kate Siegel.
