Celebrate Easter Weekend at Botanist. Executive Chef Hector Laguna and his award-winning culinary team have curated an exceptional three-course brunch menu, featuring a trio of carvery including prime rib, roast ham and lamb leg, as well as Botanist brunch signature favourites such as lobster benedict and chili torched salmon. The three-course experience includes a glass of sparkling wine, a cocktail, choice of appetizer, main, and dessert for $89 per person. Reservations are recommended.
