Nick Sourmpatis, Bar Manager of The Clumsies, ranked 47th on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, will be hosting an industry seminar, ‘From A Bar To A Brand’, at Botanist Garden on May 16, 2024 at 3:00pm. Following the seminar, there will be a METAXA masterclass tasting to conclude the session.
On Wednesday, May 15, Chef Laguna will pair a six-course tasting menu, infused in Mediterranean flavours with three feature The Clumsies cocktails, created by Bar Manager Nick Sourmpatis, and bartender, Georgopoulos Lefteris, with three concocted by Botanists’ own Grant Sceney. The six-course tasting menu with cocktail pairings is $245+ per person. Reservations can be booked online.
